Cycle step 01 / 03
Collect materials.
- Monthly thrift store and recycling centre visits
- Donations from participants and community contacts
- Priority to items that can be meaningfully transformed
- Secondhand purchase only when necessary

Youth-led upcycling and donation. Repair, transform, give with intention.
How it works
Each month, participants and project organizers meet to collect materials, upcycle them, and lastly donate to those in need. The upcycling phase makes up the most important bulk of the project, and these meetings are what participants are most encouraged to join. While the project has a preplanned schedule by theme, participants can always make suggestions and discuss what they'd like to learn. The participants don't need to have any prior experience in handcrafts or upcycling. All materials and tools are provided by the organisation. The most important thing is to learn and have fun!

Skills programme
Twelve months, five periods. From fundamentals to free practice. Click through the year.
Hand sewing and sewing machine use. The longest theme, because it underpins every technique that follows.
How we operate
Public transport, plant-based catering, secondhand materials. Buying new is the last resort.
Sessions in English to include everyone. Breaks and quiet options for neurodivergent members.
Properly finished, genuinely useful items. Never leftovers. Delivered face to face where possible.

Who it is for
Young people into sustainability, community action, or simply learning practical skills together. No prior experience needed.
Run by a small team of young people with different skills, sewing, crocheting, art, organisation, finance, who learn from each other. A model any group can replicate.
