The idea
Climate action that starts in your backyard
Big climate conversations matter. But the most actionable environmental care is the one anyone can do, like cleaning the park, a local patch of woods or the neighbourhood street.
The project is open to everyone and low-threshold. The group selects an area they believe needs maintenance, and walks a planned route collecting litter together. Participants don't need prior experience. Equipment, such as trash bags, gloves and litter grabber tools are provided by the organization.

Where it goes
Espoo first, designed to scale
The model starts in Espoo, where community relationships already exist. It is intentionally simple, so any group of people in any municipality can replicate it without reinventing the structure.
As the project develops, we want to connect with groups who will run their own version, sharing what works.
